Browsing the website
Your browser requests pages, images, fonts and other files to display the website. Those requests include technical connection information, such as an IP address and browser information.
The website includes a photo/video submission form for private club review, described below. Registration and registration payments stay with SportsEngine; general contact links open email. Fonts and club-site images are served with the website. Newsletter signup and the Instagram feed load from other providers, whose requests and storage are described below.
Financial assistance requests
Following the request link opens Google Forms. Google receives browser requests and connection information when you visit the form.
Information you submit goes directly to Google Forms and is stored there for review by the club’s treasurer and designated board members. This website does not receive or store your application. Share only what is needed for your request; do not include bank details, tax documents, Social Security numbers or medical records.

Equipment rental agreements
The rental link opens the club’s Google Form. It collects the player’s name and team, parent/guardian name and contact details, typed signature and acknowledgments. Google records the submission time. The club stores responses and completed agreements in Google Forms, Drive and Sheets, and emails a PDF copy to the address provided.
Club personnel responsible for rentals and authorized board members use these records to administer agreements, payment, equipment issue and return. The website does not receive the form answers or process rental payments. Contact the club about a copy, correction or its retention practices; a correction may require a new agreement. Records may need to be preserved for a legal hold.
info@issylax.orgThe website is configured for Vercel hosting. Hosting services can process request information for delivery, security and troubleshooting; the final hosting and log settings have not yet been verified.
The website also uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits and page navigation automatically. Reports can include page URLs, referring websites, approximate location, and browser and device information. Vercel describes this as aggregated measurement without third-party cookies. The club has not added custom analytics events for form entries or uploaded files.

Your browser’s privacy settings may limit that content. The photo/video form, when enabled, keeps selected files and upload progress in page memory, which is lost when the page closes.
Instagram feed
The homepage includes the club’s Instagram feed through LightWidget. Its script and feed can load automatically without selecting an Instagram link. The feed also requests images from Instagram media servers.
Those providers receive browser requests and connection information. LightWidget describes technical logs and aggregated widget views and clicks in its privacy policy. Cookie behavior can depend on the provider and your browser’s existing state.
Your browser’s privacy settings may limit third-party content. If the feed is blocked or unavailable, the direct Instagram profile link remains available; following it opens Instagram.
External services
Registration, schedules & accounts
SportsEngine remains the service for registration, payments and family/team accounts. Links to team information and externally hosted documents take you to those services; information you provide there is handled under their policies.
Maps & weather
Map and National Weather Service links open external pages when selected. This website does not embed a map or request your device’s location. The Issaquah forecast link uses a fixed location.
Donations & employer giving
The Venmo donation link and employer-giving resources open external services when selected. Information you provide there is handled under those services’ policies. Credit-card arrangements start by emailing the treasurer. This website does not collect payment details or process donations.
Community & equipment links
Sponsor, tournament, girls-program, membership and equipment links lead to independent websites. Those sites may use their own cookies, analytics, forms or payment services.
When you follow an external link, your browser contacts that website and may send information about the referring page. Check the destination’s privacy information before providing personal details.
Emailing the club
Email links open your email application. If you send a message, the club receives your email address, message and any attachments through email services. Selecting the link alone does not submit information through a website form.
Share only what is needed for your question. For financial assistance or a sensitive player matter, ask the relevant club contact about the appropriate private process before sending documents or personal details.

When photo and video submissions are open, the form sends your selected files, name, email, team or grade group, optional context and credit, and permission to share for review through the website’s Vercel server to the club’s private Google Drive and Google Sheets review queue.
The club’s media review team uses that information to review submissions and follow up if needed. Submission does not automatically authorize publication of every identifiable person, and nothing is published automatically. Avoid unnecessary player names or sensitive information in your caption.
Browser verification through Vercel BotID helps protect the upload form from automated abuse. It processes browser and connection signals. The intake system also stores keyed security identifiers and reserved byte counts in private Vercel storage to limit new upload attempts and total intake. These security records are separate from the media review queue.
Media and review records stay in restricted club storage for review. Uploads can remain in Drive if review-record handling is interrupted. If confirmation fails, use Retry while this page is open or contact the media team before submitting the same file again. You can also contact the team to ask about a submission or request removal.
