About Issaquah Lacrosse Issaquah Lacrosse Club was founded at the HS level in 2001, beginning league play in the Spring of 2002 with 27 players under the direction of Brandon Fortier and Jordan Bayly.
Issaquah Youth Lacrosse was founded in Spring 2004 by Scott Wiley and Matthew Balkman with two 7/8th Grade and two 5/6th Grade Boys teams. Over the ensuing five years IYL grew to a 2009 record 30 teams encompassing the entire Issaquah School District which included Senior (7/8) Boys, Junior (5/6) Boys, Lightning (3/4) Boys, Senior Girls, Junior Girls and Lightning Girls.
In the fall of 2013, the Issaquah Lacrosse Club (ILC) incorporated the youth program under its umbrella. Issaquah Lacrosse Club is now one program serving boys in grades K-12 for those residing in the boundaries feeding Issaquah High School.
