The ILC Gold Program is designed to strengthen and shape each class of players as they advance to higher levels of competition through the Issaquah Lacrosse program. Selection for a Gold team is reserved for players and families committing to Issaquah Lacrosse. Rooted in stability and team chemistry, our players, and program as a whole develop through an increase in opportunities, competing together beyond the formal Spring season. This model has been proven effective by programs in our region, and across the country.
With an allowance for family time, and continued development in other sports outside of lacrosse season, commitment to Issaquah Lacrosse is a fundamental principle and expectation as the chemistry formed will best prepare these our classes for success in our GELL Elite Championship Divisions and youth tournaments, up through the high school ranks.
78 Gold serves as a direct feeder for the ILC high school program, as such preference for roster spots given to players whom will attend Issaquah High School, with desire to play Issaquah Lacrosse at the high school level.
